Get together with colleagues
And yet, the moments when a team truly finds itself outside the usual framework are often the most useful.
For the duration of a seminar, we step out of the usual routine to rebuild connections.
thinking outside the box to better reconnect
Bringing together a team is never simple: scheduling constraints, dispersed employees, and a lack of time to interact differently.
The guesthouse offers a simple and efficient setting for hosting teams, without logistical complexity.
Everything is available on-site to make planning easier:
- a video projector and a whiteboard available
- a single place to work and live together
- large spaces for group activities
- a large kitchen for shared meals or catering
- rooms with bathrooms for everyone's comfort
- outdoor spaces to catch your breath between work sessions
Working differently, living together
A seminar here is not limited to a meeting room.
We naturally alternate between work time and informal moments:
- meetings in adapted living spaces
- shared meals around large tables
- spontaneous discussions outside the formal setting
- outdoor relaxation moments to unwind
- team building activities to strengthen bonds
It is often in these simple moments that teams truly reconnect.
A lasting impact on the team
Beyond the stay, the goal is simple:
rebuild connections, improve communication, and strengthen cohesion.
Teams often leave with more than just decisions or action plans:
a better understanding of each other and a reinforced dynamic.
