Heritage & History
The Coëvrons have a rich history that is quite easily discovered, without needing to go far. Just a few minutes away, Sainte-Suzanne is a must-see, with its castle, ramparts, and narrow streets that are easily explored on foot.
The CIAP – Center for Architecture and Heritage Interpretation also helps to better understand the history of the site and the region. By wandering around, you discover other heritage features: old mills, small churches, stone villages... Simple outings, but ones that give a real sense of the local identity.
The Coëvrons have a true historical wealth, with places that have kept their character and authenticity. Impossible to miss Sainte-Suzanne, classified among the most beautiful villages of France, with its castle, its ramparts and its small narrow streets.
