The estate was designed to adapt to the different moments of the stay. The location of the rooms around the main courtyard offers a variety of atmospheres. The layout promotes both conviviality and independence.

In total, the guesthouse offers 10 rooms with 10 en-suite bathrooms / toilets, including one room accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

What is the capacity of the gîte?
The cottage has 30 beds. And for your events, it can accommodate up to 70 people.
Can we book just the small house?
This is a group guesthouse, rented only in its entirety. The small house alone is not available: it only includes bedrooms and bathrooms, with no living space (no living room/kitchen).
Are arrival and departure times flexible?
No, the schedules are fixed: arrival from 5:00 PM and departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.

If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, this may be possible subject to availability, at an additional cost: please contact us in advance.

Can we organize events and activities on-site?
Yes, the gîte welcomes your events (family reunions, birthdays, weddings, etc.). Activities are available on site, but please contact us in advance to confirm feasibility.
Do you have a checklist so you don't forget anything?
Yes, as soon as the rental is confirmed, we will send you a checklist by email so you don't forget anything.
What does the included cleaning cover?
The included cleaning is a standard end-of-stay cleaning (floors, surfaces, bathrooms, bedding).
Do you offer half-board (breakfast, dinner)?
We do not offer half-board (breakfast/meals), but we will be happy to recommend good caterers and bakeries nearby.
Is there a minimum number of nights to book?
Yes, reservations are available starting from a 2-night minimum (so you have time to settle in 😊).
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a security deposit will be requested upon arrival and then refunded after the inventory of fixtures, within 15 days.
Is the swimming pool secure?
Yes, the pool is fully fenced, but it is not lifeguarded. Children and minors remain the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults: vigilance is essential.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome (up to a maximum of 3), with an extra charge of €30 per pet. Please note that since the property is not fenced, they remain your responsibility.
Is the cottage accessible to people with reduced mobility?
PRM: yes!
The cottage is single-story and features access ramps as well as an adapted bathroom to facilitate the stay.
Do you have a parking lot?
Free parking for about 15 vehicles is available on site
Is the vacation rental child-friendly?
The guesthouse is kids-friendly: a high chair, a baby cot, and a booster seat are available.
Is it possible to book for more than 70 people?
For your events, we recommend a maximum of 70 people to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for everyone.
